Bali Legal Wedding Indian Citizen
Bali legal wedding Indian couple means both bride and groom holding Indian citizen. Many Indian spread out in most part of the globe and not holding Indian citizen. For those Indian wedding couple who want to get married legally in Bali, then the couple should fulfill all legal wedding requirements, one of those requirement is Certificate of non impediment of marriage, bellow is the document needed by the Indian Embassy in Jakarta :
NOC Marriage (In Case of Marriage of Indian to Indonesian National):
- Both Passorts Original And Copy
- Photo 4×4 cm one copy each
- Fill in Affidavit (in prescribed format from the Consulate) by both applicants
- Singlehood Letter (Indian Passport Holder) from the concerned Government – to provide Original Sworn Affidavit from the parents of the applicant about singlehood and their No-Objection to the Marriage stamped from the District Office in India.
Note: After marriage, the couple need to register their marriage with the Registrar of Marriages in India. The name of the spouse will be endorsed in the Passport with copy of Marriage Certificate (original required for verification), for further information you may contact us.
