Majapahit Beach Villas consists of three induvidual private villas overlooking the ocean and distant island of Nusa Penida. Villa Maya with  4 bedrooms, Villa Raj with 3 bedrooms and Villa Nataraja with 3 bedrooms. Each villa has its own private pool and jacuzzi. 
The spacious open space, private Hindu temple, private tropical beachside garden with glorious ocean views and beachside wedding deck make Majapahit Beach Villas an ideal venue to hold wedding events such as ceremony and reception. Villa Maya has a seperate honeymoon suite enjoying wide sea views. 
This wedding package already includes two nights stay in 10 bedrooms villas for up to 20 people. Majapahit Beach Villas can accomodate for up to 75 guests (sitting), and 100 guests (standing). Christian Wedding Ceremony in Bali  is performed accordance with Balinese Christian wedding ceremony rites, the ceremony can be in English or in local language called Bahasa Indonesia. For those Christian follower must provide the following documents :

  • Copy passport
  • Copy Baptism certificate
  • Copy Letter of non impediment of marriage from embassy or consulate office
  • Shoulder photo size 4 x 6 cm, Bride and Groom sitting side by side
     

Inclusion :

  • English speaking or Bahasa speaking Priest
  • Paper work processing service to Sinode of Christian church
  • Religious marriage certificate issued by Christian Church

Buddhist wedding Ceremony can be perform in Bali ,the venue either in the Buddhist Temple or  outside  Vihara.The buddhist wedding ceremony  must be booked in advance due to limitted number of  Buddhist Priest who can perform wedding ceremony outside vihara .Buddhist wedding can be attached with legal wedding registration by bali registry office as long as both bride and groom fullfill all legal paper works

Muslim wedding in Bali ? why not, muslim as the biggist or majoriy population in Indonesia has  their own right to manage their wedding rule without register  again at   registry office. The marriage book issued by Muslim religion affairs is legally  recognized by Indonesian Goverment and some other countries .The wedding couple can  get married in Indonesia if both of them are muslim.

Bride or groom are foreigner,can  get married in Bali ?if one of the party is non Indonesian and non muslim,so then he or she must be converted into Muslim  by reading sahadat and other administration must be fulfilled.

What is requirment for muslim wedding ,bellow paper work must be provide by the couple prior to wedding :

  • Copy ID ( KTP for Indonesian and  passport for foriegners)
  • Copy birth certificate  for both .Birth certificate for foreigners need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translater

Legal Wedding In Bali 

Bali Legal Wedding or legal marriage registration services can be provided in Bali. The wedding couple must comply to Indonesian marriage law of number 1 year 1974. The marriage can be registered legally by Bali registry office if the couple already possesed a religoious wedding ceremony base on the religions recorgnized by Indonesian goverment. Those religions are Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhism, Muslim and Kong Huchu.

General Legal Wedding Requirment for Foreigners 

  • Copy passport, passport must be valid at least 6 months since the wedding couple enter Indonesia or Bali 
  • Copy birth certificate, this certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Absolute divorce decree if either one been married previously. The certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Letter of non impediment of marriage issued by embassy or consulate office base in Bali or Jakarta or any relevant respective office in your country
  • Shoulder photo which Bride and Groom sitting side by side, need 8 pcs with red back ground
  • Copy passport of two witnesses
  • Fill wedding application form
  • Police report about your stay in Bali issued by Police intelegent office 
  • Copy registration form issued by hotel that you are stay in their hotel for a certain periode
  • Copy of religious marriage certificate

Certificate of non impediment issued by consulate or embassy or notary is refer to each country's rule. Each country has different regulation in regard of issuing Letter of Non Impediment of Marriage.

Modern Fire Dance

Fire dance performance is very well-known in Bali especially traditional fire dance and this dance performed in many temple festival as a sacred dance. However for your wedding entertainment we are not offering you the sacred fire dance but modern fire dance.

What is Modern Fire Dance ?

Modern Fire Dance actually a creative dance which need a high technique and special training is required, play with a fire can be very dangerous and therefore need an expert and well trained dancer. The dancer composed by men and women or can say ladies and gentlemen. For the show we offer you a 6 dancers with 2 man and for ladies dancers. The dance can be divided into 2 session and each session duration is 8 minutes. The fire dance use easy flamed kerosene and again need the expert and professional person for this.

Do This Dance Need a Special Stage ?

Special stage is not really need but with a stage is perfect, the dance is preferable performed outdoor and accompanied by a music from CD or IPod.

Sound System might be required for  your  wedding ceremony either for small or big wedding ,for a small wedding 20 – 30 person we offer  sound system  with following spec:

  • Sound system 1000 watt  
  • 2 unit Speaker aktif Mackie SRM 450
  • 1 Wireless Mic
  • 1 CD Player
  • 1 Mixer Mackie Pro fx 8 channel

Terms & Conditions:

  • Cover for area  Sanur , nusa dua ,seminyak,jimbaran uluwatu area other area is subject to transportation fee 
  • one staff bahasa speaking in charge during event , english speaking staff required subject to additional cost at IDR 350000
  • Usage of  Sound System 4-6 hours ,additional hours apply if the usage execeeding of   6 hours , extention rrate per hours  is 10%  of total charge 
  • Price  subject to 21% tax and service charge 
  • Exclude power supply or electricity fee , entrance fee into a venue if any 
  • Validity till 31 Dec 2017 
  • Force majeur is beyond our control.

Additional cost apply for High season with a compulsory stay of 3 nights, include 2 nights stay during low season of customized wedding package at Majapahit Beach Villas for period of  2023: 6 Apr - 11 Apr (Easter 2023); 20 Apr - 27 Apr (Eid al-Fitr 2023);  1 Jul - 31 Aug; and 2024: 9 Feb - 12 Feb (CNY 2024); 28 Mar - 2 Apr (Easter 2024).
