  • All rates are subject to service charge & government tax, currently 21%
  • The Package is valid for 50 persons. Additional person is subject to additional charge
  • Flowers usage for decorations is mix local flowers and artificial flower
  • Theme color can be requested based on availability
  • Inclusion is as mentioned above. Additional service may be requested and is subject to additional cost
  • Advance booking is required and the confirmation is subject to space availability
  • Minimum spending for Food and Beverage on the Weekends is IDR 80,000,000 net
  • This rate is valid for Weddings on April-November 2024 (Weekends: Friday, Saturday)
  • This rate is valid for normal season. High season (20 Dec – 27 Dec 2024) and Peak season (28 Dec – 04 Jan 2025) are subject to additional charge and 4-minimum night stay
  • The rate is valid if the booking is made before April 2026
  • 35% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking

Muslim wedding in Bali ? why not, muslim as the biggist or majoriy population in Indonesia has  their own right to manage their wedding rule without register  again at   registry office. The marriage book issued by Muslim religion affairs is legally  recognized by Indonesian Goverment and some other countries .The wedding couple can  get married in Indonesia if both of them are muslim.

Bride or groom are foreigner,can  get married in Bali ?if one of the party is non Indonesian and non muslim,so then he or she must be converted into Muslim  by reading sahadat and other administration must be fulfilled.

What is requirment for muslim wedding ,bellow paper work must be provide by the couple prior to wedding :

  • Copy ID ( KTP for Indonesian and  passport for foriegners)
  • Copy birth certificate  for both .Birth certificate for foreigners need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translater 
  • Letter of non impediment of marriage  or similar document 
  • Other document please contact your wedding organzier

Legal Wedding In Bali 

Bali Legal Wedding or legal marriage registration services can be provided in Bali. The wedding couple must comply to Indonesian marriage law of number 1 year 1974. The marriage can be registered legally by Bali registry office if the couple already possesed a religoious wedding ceremony base on the religions recorgnized by Indonesian goverment. Those religions are Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhism, Muslim and Kong Huchu.

General Legal Wedding Requirment for Foreigners 

  • Copy passport, passport must be valid at least 6 months since the wedding couple enter Indonesia or Bali 
  • Copy birth certificate, this certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Absolute divorce decree if either one been married previously. The certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Letter of non impediment of marriage issued by embassy or consulate office base in Bali or Jakarta or any relevant respective office in your country
  • Shoulder photo which Bride and Groom sitting side by side, need 8 pcs with red back ground
  • Copy passport of two witnesses
  • Fill wedding application form
  • Police report about your stay in Bali issued by Police intelegent office 
  • Copy registration form issued by hotel that you are stay in their hotel for a certain periode
  • Copy of religious marriage certificate 

The following services  excluded on the above rate 

  • translation document bty sworn translator , it can be arranged by our company at additional cost . Translation cost  might be vary  for each documents 
  • Translation  into bahasa Indonesia from some  foreign country languange  are vary so then can not put  on the package 
  • fee  of letter of non impediment at  each embassy or consulate office 
What is Certificate of Non Impediment of Marriage ? 

Certificate of non impediment issued by consulate or embassy or notary is refer to each country's rule. Each country has different regulation in regard of issuing Letter of Non Impediment of Marriage.
