Cold Starter

  • Eggplant w sherry & honey,
  • Thinly sliced Beef Tenderloin “Carpaccio” with rucola, grana padano cheese and basamico dressing, Local Grapefruit & Avocado Salad with Date Sugar, Purple Haze Goat Cheese, Toasted Pistachios and Arbequina Olive Oil
  • Sea-Fresh shrimp cocktail with avocado, walnut with spicy hot Barandy mayonaise sauce
  • Fresh Italian Cheese “ Boconcini”, tomato, basil with pesto vinegar

  • Price subject to 21% tax and services charge 
  • The price valid for  Jan - Jun 2016 , for July - Dec.16 is subject to US$ 5.00 ++ 
  • To secure the booking 30% deposit from total  revenue is required 
  • Food tasting carried out after deposit for 2 person in the restaurant 
  • Any tent required for set up food, kitchen in the villa is subject to additional cost 
  • Entrance fee to any venue excluded on the price
