Kamandalu - Dinner Menu

Celebrate your wedding dinner party at Kamandalu Ubud with this buffet menu. You can choose between Western Buffet or Indonesian Buffet menu.  The Western Buffet menu package includes appetizer, soup, condiment, main course, and dessert. The Indonesian menu package includes starter, soup, hot dishes, and dessert. The menu rate includes standard set up, exclude flower centerpiece. Flower centerpiece can be added at additional cost.

• Lumpia Sayur - Vegetable spring roll served with sweet and sour sauce
• Tuna Salad Sambal Matah - Grilled tuna with baby bean, tomato and lemongrass shallot salsa

Soup

• Soto Ayam - Indonesian clear chicken soup

Hot Dishes

• Udang Balado - Stir fried prawn in spicy chili tomato sauce
• Sate Komoh - Tranditional pork satay marinated in spicy red chili, palm sugar and coriander
• Ayam Bumbu Hijau - Braised chicken in green tomato and green chili sauca
• Mie Goreng Aceh - Fried noodle with hot spicies mixed with chicken, shrimp, celery and tomato
• Nasi Goreng Daun Mengkudu - Yellow spice fried rice with ninie leaf, chicken and shrimp
