We offer you Aryaduta Reception Wedding Package. The reception package is designed for 50 people. This wedding package already includes venue usage, two night stay for bride and groom, dinner reception, entertainment, photo & video service, wedding decoration and also wedding planner and coordinator services from Bali Shuka Wedding.

  • The price is quoted in $USD net, exclusive 21% tax and service charge.
  • Wedding package is valid for 50 persons, additional person is subject to additional cost.

  • Flowers usage for decoration is mix local fresh flowers and artificial flower.
  • Theme color can be requested based on availability.
  • Decoration designed is based on Bali Shuka's design, custom decoration is subject to additional charge.  
  • Advance booking is required and the confirmation is subject to space availability.
  • This package is valid for normal season. High Season or Peak season is subject to additional charge.
  • The rate is valid until March 2025 if the booking is made before February 2025.

Legal Wedding In Bali 

Bali Legal Wedding or legal marriage registration services can be provided in Bali. The wedding couple must comply to Indonesian marriage law of number 1 year 1974. The marriage can be registered legally by Bali registry office if the couple already possesed a religoious wedding ceremony base on the religions recorgnized by Indonesian goverment. Those religions are Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhism, Muslim and Kong Huchu.

General Legal Wedding Requirment for Foreigners 

  • Copy passport, passport must be valid at least 6 months since the wedding couple enter Indonesia or Bali 
  • Copy birth certificate, this certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Absolute divorce decree if either one been married previously. The certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Letter of non impediment of marriage issued by embassy or consulate office base in Bali or Jakarta or any relevant respective office in your country
  • Shoulder photo which Bride and Groom sitting side by side, need 8 pcs with red back ground
  • Copy passport of two witnesses
  • Fill wedding application form
  • Police report about your stay in Bali issued by Police intelegent office 
  • Copy registration form issued by hotel that you are stay in their hotel for a certain periode
  • Copy of religious marriage certificate 

The following services  excluded on the above rate 

  • translation document bty sworn translator , it can be arranged by our company at additional cost . Translation cost  might be vary  for each documents 
  • Translation  into bahasa Indonesia from some  foreign country languange  are vary so then can not put  on the package 
  • fee  of letter of non impediment at  each embassy or consulate office 

What is Certificate of Non Impediment of Marriage ? 

Certificate of non impediment issued by consulate or embassy or notary is refer to each country's rule. Each country has different regulation in regard of issuing Letter of Non Impediment of Marriage.

  • Paper work processing services to Bali registry office and religion office
  • Religious wedding ceremony perform by Christian Priest
  • Translation of birth certificate into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator for Bride and Groom
  • Religious marriage certificate issued by Christian Church

  • Free return transfer to consulate office based in Bali only accompanied by our wedding team
