Soup option

  • Cappuccino of wild mushrooms (Frothy soup of wild mushroom served with crisp cashew and paprika croutons)
  • Wonton soup ( With egg noodles, pork char siu, chay sim and fried shallot)Potage of sweet potato and leek with spinach puree


  • Smoked salmon and salad ( With fresh asparagus, avocado, Spanish onion, cucumber, black caviar and crème fraiche)
  • White yam salad(Salad of green tropical apple, avocado, Spanish onion, red capsicum white yam on msclun with pine nut vinaigrette)
  • Indonesian chilled salmon with lime(Pan fried then chilled turmeric kefir lime salmon fillet on seaweed salad with lemongrass dressing)

Main Course option

  • Beef tenderloin with truffle jus (Medallion of prime tenderloin with turnip mash, spring vegetables, chanterelle and truffle jus)
  • Bacon wrapped chicken on pea risotto (Corn-fed chicken breast infused with thyme, wrapped in ham and bacon, pan fried and served on pea risotto with red cabbage braised in champagne vinegar and orange beurre blanc)
  • Snapper fillet with red bean broth(Fresh from Jimbaran Bay, with Spanish onion, fennel, radish, green soba noodles and red bean broth)
  • King prawns with chili and honey (Pan fried, served with steamed corn rice, organic sprouts, green beans with zesty lemon and shallot sambal)
  • Grilled vegetable salad(Grilled radicchio, eggplant red bean cake, zucchini and capsicum served with curry flavoured pumkin mash, drizzled with roasted garlic and chili sauce)
  • Stir fried tofu with vegetables(Wok fried peppered tofu with bean sprouts, long beans, chili and turmeric rice)
  • Indonesian roast beef with brown coconut sauce(Roasted premium beef tenderloin on white steamed rice, curried long bean, red chili relish and brown coconut sauce)
