Celebrate your intimate dinner at Le Meridien Jimbaran with a  3 course serve dinner  including standard set up , just simply choose one  appetizer or soup , one main course which you may choose from 3 option available and  one dessert 

Menu Option :

appetizer option 

  • Crab, just a little bit of mayonnaise, red onions, citrus, coriander, watermelon
  • Confit salmon, poached cucumber, choron sauce
  • Foie gras terrine, orange candied, raisin in sweet wine glaze
  • Lamb belly, eggplant caviar, couscous and cinamon-cumin onion caramelized, raz el hanout broth
  • Cepes mushroom, carbonara cream, taleggio cheese, egg 65’c, sage
  • Poached happy chicken, green mango, vietnamese dressing
  • Lobster tail and avocado, pomelos, wild rocket, tomato confit

SOUP

  • Cauliflower veloute, seared scallops, tru e sprinkles
  • Lemon broth, lobster wonton, thai basil, shimeji, beef jus
  • Tomato soup (hot or cold), goat cheese crumbs, zucchini flower tempura, olive oil
  • Beef tea consomme, short rib and root vegetable in a thin mousseline, coriander

MAIN COURSE VEGETARIAN

  • Seasonal vegetables, cooked slowly all together, butter black tru e sauce
  • Green pea royale, a la francaise, goat cheese (or not if vegetalian),
  • romaine salad, spring onions, parsley foam
  • Pumpkin panzotti, black tru e, pine nuts, wild riquette
  • Sourdough, garlic, olive oil, shaved and sliced raw sunny vegetables, basil-rucola sauce

MAIN COURSE SEAFOOD

  • Salmon, miso, poached leeks, peppery mornay glazing
  • Barramundi, asparagus, sauce vierge and lemon butter
  • Lobster, bouillabaisse reduction, tomato - basil - fennel, preserved lemon sprinkles
